Jumpstart your morning by exercising your mind and body through a Morning Kickstarter. Come early as sessions are first come, first serve.

6:30–7:30 a.m.

SOLDIERFIT

Location: Chesapeake Room C

SOLDIERFIT is a unique, functional fitness program that encompasses, boot camp, personal training, and much more. The workouts are functional fitness-based, dynamic, fast paced, and a full body attack. Fitness that will be addressed during the workout includes:

  • Cardiac respiratory
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility

Self- Defense & Fitness

Location: Chesapeake A/B
Self-Defense and Fitness focuses on situational awareness, preventative tactics and self defense skills. The techniques taught in this class will focus on basic defense tips and techniques, specifically dealing with grabs and abduction scenarios.
